barrel soldered on crooked and bowed body

lip plate bent in still

dirty hinge rods

unsoldered barrel

soldered it  back on straight

hand buffed with yellow

combination pivot hinge rod causing binding

so I filed the tip down to have it shoulder properly

flexed out the lip plate
